Lemony green beans

Hey! :)
I hope you want to eat healthier and keep your body fit so i'm going to share healthy and dietary food recipes.
If you are looking for vegetarian foods, you can find them here.
First i show you a very healthy dish; the Lemony green beans

1/2 lb. green beans (maybe frozen)

6 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon peel
3 large shallots

1. Take a 12-inch skillet and fill it with water. If the (lightly salted) water is  boiling put the beens into the skillet and cook it from 2 to 5 minutes. Now drain it and rinse it with cold water.
2. In the same skillet heat the oil and add the garlic and the shallots. Cook (with stirring) it for 2-3 minutes (until its starting to become brown). Now add green beans and cook it for 1-2 minutes (STIRRING). Remove from heat and stir it in lemon peel, salt and pepper.

If you are on a diet you will love it because it's not fattening but delicious and filling.
Good appetite!

Hey guys! So sorry, we couldn't post anything yet. We are so busy with school and everything, we just couldn't find the right time to record a video.:) But we already have a lot of plans for next week! We are going to introduce ourselves in a video, then right after that, we will come back with a makeup tutorial, and a lot of things! :)
I ( Oleta ) have recently bought a Etude House Tear drop eyeliner, so i will review that as well. :)  here's a picture of it in advance ♥  ^^  And i will write about a hand cream that smells like hot chocolate *_* yummy :))
Alright, so stay tuned, we will start blogging very soon! ^^ Hope you guys will have a nice weekend.:)
until then, listen to this song *Miss A - Lips*  :))
